- Standard Tuning and/or Pitch Adjustment
$165 Flat Rate
A standard tuning or pitch adjustment (aka pitch raise) can take anywhere in between 1.5 & 2.5 hours. In either case, this rate applies to both. - Repairs
$75/hr
$1.50/min over 10 minutes
There is no charge for repairs or adjustments made in under ten minutes (example: removing objects, adjusting a few sluggish keys or tightening a handful of screws which are often quick fixes). - Complete Regulation
$475.00 (for grand pianos)
$375.00 (for vertical pianos)
Regulation is best described as adjusting (or calibrating) action parts to their factory settings. The main purpose of regulation is to achieve the most desirable touch in order to maximize your piano's performance. Grand pianos take more time and effort in completing the regulation process than vertical pianos. - Soundboard Cleaning
$150.00 (for grand pianos larger than 6 ft)
$125.00 (for grand pianos 6 ft & under)
From baby grands to concert grands, precision cleaning tools are used to get in between the piano strings in order to clean the soundboard safely and effectively. The vibrant color of your piano's soundboard and decal will shine once again.
